POW on the Sellafield Nuclear plant  (Edit: That's not POW as in Prisoner of War, its one the many Sellafield acronyms that stands for Person Organising Work) 

How long have you been kitesurfing? 

About 7yrs, not sure seems like ages ago.

How did you get into kitesurfing?   

Flinny,  he is to blame for this life changeing experience,cheers mate.

What where your learning experiences like? 

The best,  Wipika and C kites, sky pirates and regular spankings,  ooh suite you sir,  no as john has already said we had a right laugh at both Al l onby and St Bees testing our skill and stupidity against mother nature.

Why kitesurfing? 

Tried most extreme sports snow boarding,wake boarding,Moto cross.  This is the only sport that i can honestly say that has got me hooked and i am sure i speak for the majority when i say this, cant find a word worthy of the definition.

Favorite kitesurfing spots for you (both home and abroad)? 

At home St Bees when its honking,big waves,huge swell and a motorway of flats between the waves and its nice and handy.   Been to Tiree for my 40th had a great time with the boys,cheers ..

Places you have been kiting at..? 

 Tiree inner hebrides .

Where would you most like to go kiting? 

Somewhere warm,   regular waves and constant wind.

What is your most memorable kitesurfing moment? 

Listening to the sky pirate wistleing just before i went arse over tit then got back on and done it all again Brilliant.

Who do you admire in the kitesurfing world? 

I think the daddy of em all is Mr Naish a living legen d  who is still kicking ass,an inspiration to all us old gits.

What does this sport mean to you? 

When i kite i am on another level,  feels real good..

Favourite tricks? 

Trying to jump as high as i can,and sometimes land it.

How do your family feel about you kitesurfing all the time? 

Kids think its ok,my wife just pulls faces when the wind blows,hope it doesnt set.haha.

When your not kitesurfing what other things do you do? 

Spend as much time with my two beautiful kids Olivia and James,doing jobs and annoying my ever suffering wife xx.

Have you ever been in an accident (kite related preferably)? 

Yes tore ligaments in right leg badly out of action for 3 months,still bothers me on a cold day.

What music are you listening too at the moment? 

The wind outside my window that is music to me,also the chillies. timless lyrics.

What is you favourite food? 

My wifes sunday dinner followed by rice pudding.

Favourite saying? 

 In you're eyes.
